Bookkeeping
We use either a computerised cashbook or Sage Accounts 50 system, depending on the size of your business. You can rest assured that your records will be properly balanced and that there is a full audit trail of your transactions in the event that your records are investigated by H M Revenue and Customs.
You will receive a monthly financial report of your key figures and you can integrate this service with our management accounting service.
Payroll
We offer payroll services either as a pure bureau service or with full HR support. If you choose the bureau service we will provide you with input sheets to record new employees details and periodical data such as the numbers of hours worked. We will supply you with payslips for your employees, reports showing the data for the pay period and the amount of pay as you earn and national insurance that you owe. At the end of the year we will provide all of your year end forms for you.
If you choose our payroll service with full HR support we will provide everything which is included in our pure bureau service together with all of the documentation you need, tailored to your business, such as letters of offer of employment, contracts of employment, holiday requests etc. There is also a 24-hour legal help line available in the event of disputes with your employees.
