We’ll carry out a Financial Performance Review of your business which will show in graphical format the key ratios within your business and using some unique software we will show you your Profit Improvement Potential by altering some of the Critical Success Factors of your business. Using a series of “what if” scenarios we are able to help you select the strategies which will maximise your profits. We will ask you to complete a Business Development Questionnaire (BDQ) covering all aspects. During the Planning Day we will go through the BDQ with you and help you set your plans for building the business of your vision.
Next, a financial model of your business is created showing the sources of revenue, gross profit, direct and indirect overheads and payroll costs. This is used to create a detailed financial plan for the forthcoming year and also produces a cash flow and profit forecast, forecast balance sheet and monthly and quarterly figures for you to check your progress against.
You will receive monthly financial reports including Key Performance Indicators to measure your progress against your plans and we will have a monthly management meeting to interpret your results and discuss the strategic changes that might be necessary to achieve your goals.
Also you will benefit from a tax planning review in the final quarter of your financial year so that we can discuss your tax planning options.
We will also complete your annual accounts and tax and returns, you will have unlimited access to advice on ad hoc matters—you can call us any time for advice on ad hoc matters, knowing that we won’t charge you for that advice.
