We are pleased to let you know that registration is open for the income tax strategy for clients wishing to shelter at least £100,000 income taxable at higher and additional rates in 2010/11, and is also available in certain circumstances to carry back to shelter income taxable at higher rates in 2009/10. The planning is suitable for UK resident individuals (UK or non-UK domicile) and does not involve borrowing for taxpayers. The deadline for receipt of your confirmation that you wish to participate and payment of fees is 24th November 2010. We recommend early registration of clients by 17th November 2010 in order that you can progress through the process by the final deadline.
