Unfair Dismissal Awards

11-Feb-2011 The maximum compensation that can be awarded in unfair dismissal cases is to be increased to £80,400 from February 2011.  The basic award increases from £11,400 to £12,000 and the compensatory award increases from £65,300 to £68,400.
