Get to know your team here at John Harrison & Company.
Every one of our team members is a talented individual with important skills. In fact, many of them are specialists in certain areas, with a thorough and in-depth understanding of the issues.
All of our team members have a lifelong commitment to learning and personal development. Of course, we all comply with professional bodies’ requirements for continuing professional development (CPD).
But we do much, much more. CPD teaches us to deal with the accountancy side of our business, but to help make our clients successful, we need a much greater range of resources available to us. So, each year, we agree to a personal development programme with every one of our team members.
We have an extensive list of skills that we want our team to have and every year, everyone commits to becoming an expert in two to three of them. The skill base that is available to our clients is growing exponentially every year.
