Annual Accounts
We will prepare your accounts from the records you supply to us and produce detailed schedules supporting all of the assets and liabilities appearing on your Balance Sheet and your important overheads. We will then hold a meeting with you to explain the figures to you, discuss the financial trends and answer any questions that you might have.
We will give you an appraisal of your bookkeeping system to enable you to make any improvements which are necessary so that your records will pass the H M Revenue and Customs Business Records Check and avoid the mandatory fine for poor record keeping;
Taxation
When you have agreed your accounts we will complete your tax computations and any tax returns that are required together with a detailed audit trail of the entries so that this is available in the event of H M Revenue and Customs enquiry.
We will provide a tax planning review using our 21 point checklist to help you minimise your tax.
Free extras
We will provide you with a review of the performance of your investments and pension funds, your insurance policies and your energy and telephone supply contracts and give you a report on any savings that can be made.
We will give you free use of our Online Accounts software so you no longer have to pay an annual maintenance fee for your software; free unlimited telephone support on any business related or taxation matter with our own Free Advice Hotline and telephone support hotlines manned by experts to give you advice on legal matters. Our Guarantees
We will file your tax returns on time and if we fail to do so we will pay any penalties, interest or surcharges that arise as a result of our shortcomings
We will deal with your telephone calls immediately. If we are unable to do so for any reason, we will return your calls within seven working hours and if we fail to do that we will send you £50.
We will meet the deadlines you set. If we fail to meet them you pay us NOTHING for that assignment (unless the reasons are outside of control in which case we will let you know what the problems are).
We understand that you will be the sole judge of our performance. If anything we do falls short of your expectations we will refund our fee in full without question, or allow you to reduce it to whatever level you feel you have received value for.
