Using a special systematised process we work with your customers to discover what they like and dislike about dealing with your company and identify the key frustrations that they have with your industry so that those frustrations can be eliminated from your operations and make sure your customers keep coming back to you.
Again using a special systematised process we get your team on board and work with them to discuss our findings from your Customer Advisory Board, identify system failure points and suggest solutions to them. With the invaluable information that we have obtained from your customers and your team we will work with you to develop a customer services strategy which will deliver awesome service to your customers and allow your business to grow and your profits increase.
Having identified your sales targets and target markets, we will analyse your existing marketing programmes and work with you to develop a marketing plan which will help you to deliver the required increase to your turnover and your profits.
We will assist you in redesigning your organisation structure so that it fits your new strategic plan and provides a framework for the future growth of your business and also help you write a systems map and document and systematise the key processes in your business. We will assist you in developing performance standards so that key business risks can be monitored and controlled.
We will also assist you in setting up a Management Control Plan including financial statements and Key Performance Indicators for the business which compare actual performance against previous year and budget, and an Action Plan which is updated each month as you progress in building your business.
We will meet with you on a monthly basis to discuss the Management Control Plan and Action Plan so that we can help keep you on track. We will also revise your operating plan, where necessary, to maximise your profits.
In the final quarter of your fiscal year, we review your year-end tax planning options. This avoids a last minute rush at putting tax-driven strategies in place which often come unstuck and frequently cause more trouble than they’re worth.
