Our PROFIT IMPROVEMENT PROGRAMME begins with a Financial Performance Review of your business, preferably over a four-year period. This shows in graphical format the key ratios within your business so you can see at a glance what is working and where improvements can be made.
The data is then transferred into some unique software, which shows your Profit Improvement Potential by altering some of the Critical Success Factors of your business. Using a series of “what if” scenarios we are able to help you select the strategies which will maximise your profits.
Next we will analyse your sales either between customers or products, as appropriate, so that you can see exactly where your revenues and gross profits are coming from. You will receive a detailed summary of your overheads over the last four years together with a breakdown of some important figures; this will enable you to plan your costs for the forthcoming year.
All of the figures are then put together to create a financial model of your business for the forthcoming year incorporating the improvements identified by our Profit Improvement Potential report. You will receive the figures broken down into monthly and quarterly totals so you can check your actual progress against your plans.
The PROFIT IMPROVEMENT PROGRAMME includes completion of your year end accounts and all of the tax returns for the business and yourself. You also get unlimited telephone support on ad hoc matters in the knowledge that we will not be charging you anything extra for that advice.
