There are several software programmes linked together which automate the process of accounting. It is multi language, multicurrency and handles branch accounting, project costings and group consolidations.
The system provides all of the functions that the finance department of a successful company would carry out. The bookkeeping system is embedded in our website in a secure environment with full back up facilities and we can grant access rights at various levels so that clients can manage parts of the system if they wish. Our clients’ finance department can rapidly increase or decrease in size as circumstances change without any input required from them.

How It Works
Purchase invoices are e-mailed or scanned into the system to reduce input and errors and they are approved online by our clients. Once approved they are posted into the accounting system which prepares a BACS file of payments due for our clients’ approval and submission to their bank, automating the process of supplier payments whilst leaving them completely in control.
Bank transactions are streamed daily from banks directly into the accounting system using so that it is always up to date.
Expenses receipts can be scanned and posted in from our phone app which also uses GPS to record business mileage claims you can e-mail into your accounting system.
There is a credit control system which provides credit checks and regular monitoring of your customers’ credit rating by Experian. Sales invoices are generated within the system and are e-mailed or posted to your customers. Statements and reminder letters are generated by the system including a solicitor’s letter before action where there is non-payment of customers’ debts.
We deliver real time financial information readable by computer, smartphone or tablet showing comparisons with last year and budget, in an easily understandable ten line format, allowing you to drill down to the detailed transactions in your accounts to the point where you can see actual invoices if you want to. You no longer have to wait for your year end accounts to see whether you are trading successfully or not.
Taxation and Support
We carry out a tax planning review three months before each year end to minimise your tax liability. We provide tax investigation fee protection insurance to cover the cost of tax investigations. You have unlimited telephone support from us on any business matter and a hotline manned experts in business law.
